Shipping Information

Your product will be shipped to the location of your choice 10 to 15 days after the order has been made and paid in full.

  1. All orders for churches, athletic, youth groups and schools are shipped freight free to a single location by our affiliate distribution network. (subject to availability)
  2. Online orders will be assessed shipping and handling charges equal to the greater of $9.95 or 10% of the order total for ground shipment. Priority shipments will be made at the prevailing rates plus a $5.00 handling charge.
Delivery Time
  1. Online orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 days of receipt of your order and payment.
  2. Ground shipment typically takes 1-2 days within New England. Your order confirmation will contain a link to the shipper to track your order progress.
Details
  1. Delivery ship times are at the discretion of the carrier. Guaranteed or Saturday delivery may not be available in all areas.
  2. Please use a street address. We cannot accept post office box numbers.
  3. We are only able to accept and ship orders within the contiguous 48 states.

An email notification will be sent to you following the shipment of your order. It will contain a link to the UPS tracking service for your order.
